At LuxSun, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If that is not the case, please refer to the conditions below.

Return Period You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return, in accordance with European legislation.

Return Conditions For a return to be accepted, items must be returned in their original packaging, with no signs of use, washing or damage, and in the same condition in which they were delivered. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

Exceptions — Non-refundable items For hygiene reasons, bikinis, swimwear and underwear are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect.

How to Request a Return Contact us by email at: luxsun.portugal@gmail.pt indicating your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will send you instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Refunds Upon receipt and verification of the returned item, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Defective Items In the case of a manufacturing defect, LuxSun commits to replacing the item or refunding the full amount, including shipping costs.
