Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday), except public holidays. After payment confirmation, the order is prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
🇵🇹 Mainland Portugal — 2 to 4 business days 🇵🇹 Azores and Madeira — 5 to 8 business days 🇪🇺 Europe (e.g. France, Spain) — 5 to 10 business days 🌍 Rest of the world — 10 to 20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the destination. Free shipping promotions may apply from a minimum purchase amount.
4. Tracking After dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your order.
5. Delays and Delivery Issues LuxSun is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or force majeure situations. In case of a delivery problem, please contact us by email: luxsun.portugal@gmail.com
6. Undelivered Orders If the order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address or absence of the recipient, the cost of reshipping will be borne by the customer.
7. Damage During Transport If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at the store email: luxsun.portugal@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt, with photographs of the damage, so that we can resolve the situation.
